Ingredients:
½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut, plus 1 TBSP to sprinkle
4 tablespoons coconut oil
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder & 2 TBSP maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon MV Sea Salt, crushed
Directions:
Mash together with fork until all coconut blended.
Form into balls and place on parchment/wax paper lined tray.
Sprinkle with sea salt.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes before serving.
