Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh cranberries
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped candied ginger
- 1 teaspoon Blueberry Honey Sea Salt
Directions
In a medium saucepan, place cranberries, grated ginger, water, and sugar and simmer over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, until cranberries start popping.
