Heidi & Curtis (husband and wife team) started making sea salt just a couple of years ago. They own Down Island Farm which is their little home based farm that produces asparagus, lots of flowers, and eggs. When asked why she started the business, Heidi replied that her and her husband wanted to be part of the local food movement.
