Ingredients:

  • Several bunches of radishes
  • Unsalted sweet butter, room temperature
  • Martha’s Vineyard Sea Salt
  • Crostini, for serving

Directions:

  1. Rinse then trim the roots and tips of radishes. Cut off the leafy greens leaving ½ inch intact.
  2. Leave the radishes whole and/or thinly slice.
  3. To serve, create a platter with radishes and two small bowls: one with butter, the other with MV Sea Salt. Swirl a radish in the butter to coat then lightly dip in sea salt and take a bite! Or, spread a layer of butter on a crostino, top with radish slices and sprinkling of sea salt.
